Gretchen and front crew deserve extra praise thanks cookies and chocolate in their efforts to help explain the current distressing issue of Dental Insurance failings. Erin my dental hygienist did her normal excellent thorough and gentle procedure while providing unique stories to amuse her old man patient. Of course can not forget the professionalism manner and skill of the Dentist Vander Giessen who has assembled an excellent staff. They truly are exceptional. I take my hat off not once not twice but thrice for the Vander Giessen crew.

Yesterday, I had the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. Everyone from front desk, hygenist and Dr. Giessen were amazing. As a new patient, the doctor spent considerable time with me, "getting to know me", which I have never experienced before at other dental offices. Dr. VanderGiessen is top notch!! Though he could not help me because of my complex issues, he was kind, caring and compassionate when he told me. I appreciate his honesty and if you want a highly skilled dentist that is a straight shooter, he is your guy!! I would HIGHLY recommend his office and the staff are not only beautiful but they are so nice!! So....just do it....call his office!! 😁
