I woke up yesterday with a weird gap next to my gumline on one tooth. Hadn't been there even the night before (and (I would've noticed!) Called in as soon as they opened (8AM), and amazingly got an appointment for the same day (opening due to cancellation). Lance and his assistant diagnosed the problem, and worked through their lunch hour to begin repair. Very impressed with their expertise and "bedside" manner - and frankness and honesty.
